TRX Suspension training

It may be clear by now but Flux Movement's focus in on strengthening and balancing the core and the TRX method does just that. 

This full body workout is very versatile and here at Flux Movement we incorporate it into a few of our barre and Pilates mat classes as well as offer full 60 minute TRX classes.  When paired with HIIT plyometric movements, you are sure to get a well rounded cardio and strength training session.
