Flux Barre is a combination of barre, Pilates, and cardio designed to challenge both brain and body. We will work all of the key muscle groups as well as the small, yet important stabilizers. Inspired by ballet, barre cultivates grace along with stability through a series of controlled yet fluid movements. As a Pilates instructor, alignment and anatomy are always in the forefront of my mind and is a part of every class plan. This low impact class is also wonderful during pregnancy once declared so by your doctor. A Flux Barre class will leave you sweaty, connected, and invigorated. Each class ends with mindful rest and essential oils.
